The Team Daniel Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
that provides resources and information for individuals with
developmental disabilities and their families.
The mission of Team Daniel Foundation is to ensure that all North Carolina and military families of loved ones with developmental disabilities are aware of the Medicaid waivers, federal programs, and other vital community resources that promote community involvement and personal outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
Each quarter, the Team Daniel Foundation publishes a magazine, EMPOWERED,
that shares current information for individuals with developmental
disabilities and their families.
Through fundraising efforts and other financial support, the Team Daniel Foundation provides a Respite Fund for families who do not currently have services for their loved ones.
