The Team Daniel Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

The mission of Team Daniel Foundation is to provide the best quality of life to individuals with developmental disabilities in communities throughout North Carolina.

Each quarter, the Team Daniel Foundation publishes a magazine, EMPOWERED, that shares current information for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Through fundraising efforts and other financial support, the Team Daniel Foundation provides a Respite Fund and Grant opportunities for families who do not currently receive services for their loved ones.
